Warranty Information

Workmanship Warranty (EFS Installations Only)
If your system was originally installed by EFS Energy and is still within the workmanship warranty period, any qualified installer can evaluate whether the issue is covered. Workmanship-related repairs will be honored according to the original warranty terms.
Note: You must contact us prior to approving any repairs suspected to be workmanship issues.
Manufacturer Equipment Warranties
Your equipment warranties remain fully active. Many manufacturers often reimburse a small amount for labor on replacement parts; however, this typically does not cover the full cost of service, so you should expect your service provider to charge standard labor rates.
Service Charges
Any residential service company, just like EFS previously would have, must charge for diagnostics, repairs, and warranty processing. You will receive estimates directly from the provider you select.
