We understand that you may still need service for your residential system. To ensure you’re supported, we have identified trusted service providers who are ready and able to assist you.
Here’s what you need to know:
Service Charges:
Our trusted service providers, like EFS Energy would have, must charge for their services. You will receive an estimate before any work is performed.
Warranty Coverage:
- Workmanship Warranties:
If your issue is related to EFS Energy’s workmanship and is still within your warranty period, our trusted service providers can assess and complete the necessary repairs. - Manufacturer Equipment Warranties:
Your equipment warranties remain in effect. However, while manufacturers typically offer partial reimbursement for labor, this rarely covers the full cost of a service call. You may still incur a service charge even when replacing a warranted part.
