With more than a decade in the solar industry and a strong track record in business operations, Eric brings a wealth of leadership experience and strategic insight to EFS Energy. Before joining the team, he held executive roles across multiple organizations, including StraightUp Solar, Third Degree Glass Factory, Polarity Media, and Ten by Three. where he helped build scalable systems and drive sustainable growth.
At EFS, Eric leads with a hands-on, team-centered approach. “My favorite part of my job at EFS is working across all the departments within the company to ensure there is continuity between teams on a daily basis,” he says. “EFS Energy has a unique work environment where we value each other’s input, and I enjoy how we collectively create a cohesive atmosphere to build successful projects.”
What excites Eric most about the solar industry is its momentum. “It’s still considered in its growth stage.” he explains. “…It has continued with tremendous amounts of growth due to the evolution of newer technologies, strong policy support, and increased demand for onsite power production facilities.” It’s competitive, fast-moving, and full of opportunity.
He also respects the intentionality of EFS customers. “They are informed consumers…It is usually well thought out and researched as to why they have decided to purchase solar systems.”
Outside the office, Eric is a proud dad who enjoys cheering on his daughters at dance competitions and his son in a whirlwind of five sports. When his schedule allows, he and his wife escape to the beach to relax and recharge.
His advice for anyone entering the solar field: “Learn everything, while at the same time be fluid because the industry continues to evolve and change!” Eric also stresses the importance of going the extra mile. Throughout his personal and professional life, he has enjoyed being successful while embracing failure. “I have never failed due to effort!”
