With a background in customer service and admin work, Manda has become a key part of the EFS Energy team since joining us in 2025. She’s quickly proven herself as a sharp, dependable member of the operations staff.

Manda enjoys learning something new about solar every day and values the sense of purpose her role brings. She appreciates her team’s collaboration and the kindness and understanding of most customers.

Off the clock, she enjoys reading, diamond painting, and relaxing with her pets. Her advice to others in solar: “Never stop learning. There is always something new happening.” And her personal motto? “Life moves fast. If you don’t stop and look around…you could miss it.”
