With a start in the solar industry in 2019 and a NABCEP certification, Ridge brings solid experience and hands-on skill to every installation. He started as a lead installer in Colorado Springs before moving to Missouri and joining EFS Energy.
Ridge enjoys the variety in solar work—being outdoors, seeing new sites, and turning designs into real systems. He’s motivated by helping customers save money and make a positive impact through renewable energy.
He values the energy customers bring to the process and how excited they are throughout every project. He also appreciates the dedication of his EFS teammates to each customer’s needs. Ridge says, “They’re always giving them the best products and seamless installation.”
Off the clock, Ridge enjoys camping, hiking, golf, yard work, and anything that gets him outside. His advice for future solar pros: “Take as many educational classes as you can prior to finding a job and try to get as much knowledge about the industry as you can. Solar requires knowledge in many fields… from construction, to electrical, and the NEC… Getting involved with all of them will go a long way.”
