Justin has been a part of the EFS family since 2021. With a background in in-home sales and a foundation in engineering and management, he brings a thoughtful, education-first approach to every consultation.
Justin enjoys connecting with people by building trust, answering questions, and helping clients make informed decisions. His agricultural roots make him especially passionate about commercial and farm-based solar solutions. He loves touring farms and businesses and is always eager to learn new things about his customers’ different industries.

Outside of work, Justin stays busy with his two young sons and their many sports games, planning family trips, and finding time for local outdoor getaways.
His advice to solar newcomers? Know your product and your customer. “Educating yourself on aspects of how solar works resonates with customers and helps them feel much more comfortable in their decision…It is important to be able to change the way customers view their energy and where it comes from. So many people are simply ok with paying their utility bill and not thinking anything about finally having an option for energy independence.”
