Michelle brings over 13 years of construction management experience and a background in design and project planning. She led hardscape and retaining wall projects before transitioning into solar at EFS Energy.
She finds fulfillment in completing projects that serve customers and the planet. Michelle is especially inspired by the people in solar, both colleagues and clients alike, who share values of sustainability and community.
She values her team’s intelligence and dedication. She feels fortunate to work with “kind, caring, hardworking team members.” Outside of work, she loves to travel with her family, show her granddaughter new places, and soak up as much sun as she can.
Michelle’s advice for those considering solar: “Do it. It’s challenging but rewarding. There is constantly something new to learn about. Every project presents its own unique challenges, but it is very rewarding.” She also reminds potential customers to “have patience… and do your homework before selecting a company to manage your project.”
